A Florida man was arrested on a videotape, fixing an 11-year-old girl to the ground, accusing her of eggs in the confrontation, which officials called “reproachable.” The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said the incident happened Saturday afternoon when Marius Marius Mutu, 43, happened near his apartment building. Leave her!” A few seconds later, a man ran away and asked Mutu to let the girl go, “Hey, hey, take your hand away from her!” Mutu later told the delegates that he thought the girl was responsible because his apartment had eggs before and that day happened again. Deputies said he chased her, forced her to come to power, and tied her up until other adults stepped in.
