Venice Film Festival 2025: Barbara Palvin appears on the red carpet for the first time since endometriosis surgery

The brunette beauty smiled happily for the photographer, laughing as she interacted with them, and even playing some poses when she arrived.

The 31-year-old shared selfies from hospital beds to social media earlier this month, opening up her years of battle with endometriosis and subsequent surgery.

“For several years, I’ve been dealing with the difficulties that my period might have brought,” she wrote in a lengthy title.

“Fatith, intense pain, heavy and irregular flow, sleepless nights on the bathroom floor. I think it's the way I work.”

Armani Beauty's face explained that she underwent surgery for three months three months after the diagnosis.

“I checked my gynecologist every year, and I think I would know this now if I had endometriosis now, but it turns out that endometriosis cannot be diagnosed for general examinations,” she wrote.

“So I went, and three months later I started. Since then, I finally went through an easier period and now I know the difference.”

Palvin also revealed that she spent three months off the grid to give her body “rest and fully recover”.

She added: “I’m excited about the new chapter of my life and am now ready to go back to work.”

Just 10 days later, she walked the carpet on Lido’s Sala Grande, passion for her return to public life and health.
