This event is hosted by Dr. Mary Claire Haver (author new menopause) offers a smarter path forward through expert-led live events, providing evidence-based guidance from top female doctors and scientists. Throughout the evening, Dr. Haver and a panel of experts will explore the real science behind midlife changes—including hormones, metabolism, brain fog, sleep, intimacy, and the power of aging.

The event took place on Friday, October 10 and also featured the following experts:

  • Dr. Bartright – A bi-specialty orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training and an internationally recognized authority on active aging and mobility.

  • Adrian Mishler – Austin-based yoga instructor, actor, and entrepreneur. She creates and hosts Yoga With Adriene on YouTube and is co-founder of the yoga video subscription service Find What Feels Good.
  • Skyler Grant – World-renowned yoga teacher, founder and co-director of Kula Yoga Project, co-founder of Wanderlust.
