Andrew Tate faces new charges. This time, one of his ex-girlfriends, who said he almost suffocated her coma during a violent sexual encounter at a hotel in Los Angeles. According to TMZ exclusive, this disturbing claim comes from Model Bri Stern, who filed a police report after Tate left the country. She claimed the two had sex when they had violence. Brie said Tate started choking her, and he continued to move forward even as she begged him to stop. She told police that she was increasingly resistant and he became more active. Brie said she felt like she was about to lose consciousness. Afterwards, she went to the bathroom to record her injuries. The photos shown by TMZ show bruises on her face. A few days later, after flying to work in New York City, she went to an emergency room and was diagnosed with a concussion and injured. Bri reportedly waited to go to the police station until Tate returns to Romania, where he and his brother Tristan are currently dealing with ongoing organized crime cases. Sources said she didn't feel safe submitting the report until he left the country. TMZ also got screenshots of the so-called text messages from Tate, where he seemed to refer to the beating of her. They also took photos with Kanye West on March 10 hours before the alleged attack. On arrival that night, Kim Kardashian was seen pulling northwest from Ye’s studio, currently facing serious legal problems in several countries. He and his brother were arrested in Romania in 2022 and charged with forming criminal groups and human trafficking. Andrew Tate is also charged with rape in Romania and faces lawsuits for sexual assault in the United States and the United Kingdom. He denied all charges.
