Lyndell “Lynn” Price, the former owner of the now closed Turkey Leg Cabin, was arrested in a bombing at Houston Bar 5015 in June 2020, and ACT authorities believe it is “intentionally set up.” Attorney Nicholas J. Ganjei confirmed the indictment, which also includes Armani Williams, 27, and John Lee Price, 39. The three appeared before a magistrate judge, though Lynn's bond was not set.The indictment alleges that Lynn Price, who also owned the Oyster Hut, conspired with the others to set fire to the bar, which was owned by Steven Rodgers, a former business partner at the Turkey Leg cottage. On June 12, 2020, the organization allegedly poured gasoline at the entrance of the bar and lit it, causing the building to explode. Prices are accused of paying for their actions. Samuel Pena, a former Houston fire chief, confirmed that multiple gas containers were found on the site. Since then, the bar has resumed and operated again. Prices encountered other legal issues, including $4.7 million in debt and Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing related to Türkiye's leg hut. Additionally, his arson with the April 2020 involved a 1975 Chevrolet Nova. All defendants face charges of conspiracy and arson, with potential sentences of up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $250,000.
